Just download, print, and cut apart on the dotted lines. Use your bookmarks to mark your spot in the
book you're reading. You can even share your extra bookmarks with friends and invite them to join
Professor Dewey's Book Club!

Reading Certificate
Set a goal for yourself! It can be reading a certain number of minutes or a certain number of pages. It
can even be a certain number of books or types of books. You might want to set a goal of reading
"Professor Dewey Recommends" books. It's your goal, so it's your choice! I am including a special
Reading Achievement certificate for you to print out and fill in when you achieve your goal. (You can
even count the reading your parents or brothers and sisters share with you!)

Instructions:

1. Download the Certificate and print it out
2. On the first line, write your name
3. On the second line, write the date
4. On the third line write your achievement (examples: five Professor Dewey books or 100 minutes,
etc.)

Then set a new goal and work to achieve it...what a great way to reward yourself every time you reach a
reading goal!
